Is My Toddler a Picky Eater?

My Toddler Eats!

A 4-week Holistic Support Program

✓  Got a toddler between 1 and 5 years old?

✓ Meal times have turned into daily battles and constant stress?

✓ Not sure how to deal with it all?

✓ Wondering if it’s more than the ‘normal’ toddler pickiness you keep hearing about?

One day you had a happily eating baby, and the next you’re struggling with an increasingly picky toddler and very stressful mealtimes… it's exhausting and confusing!

We've got you!

We have developed a one-of-a-kind program specifically designed to ensure you get all the information, tools and support (from specialists and like-minded mamas) to help you maneuver this tricky phase of selective eating behaviors in toddlerhood. We want you to know that in the majority of cases, this behavior is pretty normal, and with the right approach, you will get through this phase with a happy healthy eater on the other side!

First, let's help you figure out what you're dealing with!

If you sign-up to the most amazing program ever, but it doesn't really match your child's need, you will not see any progress. That's why we've developed an assessment tool to help you figure out the type of support you need. We will call you to discuss our recommendations, be it joining the program or our suggestions for specialists to follow-up with.

This step is all complimentary, and comes with no obligation at all to join the program... Because we truly want you and your child to get the best chances at success!

What is this assessment about?

This is a free assessment designed and reviewed by our Pediatric Nutritionist Hala Sahili to help you answer the question ‘is my child a typical picky eater or a problem feeder?’

If your answers highlight red flags indicating the need for further assessment, we’ll direct you towards the recommended specialists we work with so you can get the clinical support you need. Otherwise, you will qualify to join our Oh My Toddler Eats Program and will receive next steps. You'll be invited to discuss these recommendations and ask all your questions on a free discovery call.

Rest assured though, in the vast majority of cases we work with, this behavior you're struggling with falls within what is considered typical toddler selectivity and can be managed with the right approach at home. This quick assessment just ensures that in the occasional cases where we detect problem feeding or severe picky eating - which may be caused by underlying issues - you and your child get the proper diagnosis and so the targeted and specific support you need.

This workshop was a game changer! Not only did I navigate out of an extreme picky phase (which felt almost impossible to get out of) using all the little tips and tricks I learnt from the workshop but I am also much more relaxed and less stressed around meal time. I used to dread meal time – I would literally have anxiety from before I opened my eyes in the morning thinking about breakfast. Now it feels almost normal thanks to Rana and Hala’s guidance.
Before the workshop I was almost down to 5 go to safe foods – dishes now I serve my daughter whatever we have even things she has never seen before and she is happy to try and even eat it 95% of the time. All it took was 2-3 weeks to make this shift.

I think any mom going through this should take this workshop not only is it well put together but the people running it are so comforting to speak to. I had consulted a pediatric nutrionist before this workshop and that one session really depressed me as she labelled my daughter as a toddler with feeding difficulty which was a tough pill to swallow and made us look at her so differently . When in the end, she was just a toddler who needed some help getting through this phase.

Also, a crucial part of this is the support group which resulted from this workshop of wonderful mums helping each other on the WhatsApp group Rana created + Rana’s follow ups whenever we had a specific situation happening during a meal she is always happy to provide feedback and advice.
Priceless experience- if you are going through this save yourself the headache and ditch the endless sea of instagram posts repeating the same things and sign up for this course

The Toddlers Eat online course is a must for parents with picky eating toddlers. It provided the perfect structure to implement the strategies and theories I had learned from various sources. Understanding the root cause of picky eating and realizing its commonality relieved my stress and gave me a fresh perspective. My son’s food intake doubled, and he became more open to new flavors. He now asks for a variety of foods, which is incredible. The course equipped me with practical strategies and helped me realize my son’s overall food intake was good; he just needed exposure to new foods. This understanding brought me comfort and allowed me to create a positive eating environment. I’m grateful for the tools and support the course provided—it has truly transformed our family. I highly recommend it to any parent struggling with a picky eater. Thank you for the wonderful ladies and mommies behind it! I love being part of the new community where we continue to support each other beyond the course 🙂

My son was not only a picky eater, he was afraid of seeing food or even seeing us eating. We tried everything with him for almost 2 years and we consulted many therapists in different fields but nothing really worked. We attended this workshop and we started seeing progress in less than one month; now he accepts to try new things and his list of safe foods is getting bigger. This program is not theories which you can find anywhere on the net; it is about valuable and doable tips provided by experienced and professional moms that you can use daily to progress in the food journey. Hala and Rana gave us valuable information and helped us to remove the stress around mealtime. The most important thing in this program is the continuous follow up and support we had from Rana and Hala and all the mothers in this workshop.
