We help you figure out what kind of picky eating are you dealing with, so you'll know for sure this program is what you need. If it's not, we will direct you to the support that better fits your case.

Module 1: Understanding My Child

We will dive deep into understanding where does this behavior come from, & the role that we play as parents, because at the root of any successful solution, is figuring out the problem!

Module 2: Nutrition, all you need to know!

Red flags, nutritional needs per age, and practical ways (including meal-plans & recipe ideas) to ensure adequate nutrition through-out the picky phase.

Module 3: Parenting at the Table

We'll get practical! Tips & scripts to handle the day-to-day scenarios at mealtime (that work in real life!) to maintain diversity & encourage tasting new foods.

A 30mins one-on-one consultation with the specialist of your choice to address your specific needs & questions after you’ve started implementing what you’ve learned.

This workshop was a game changer! Not only did I navigate out of an extreme picky phase (which felt almost impossible to get out of) using all the little tips and tricks I learnt from the workshop but I am also much more relaxed and less stressed around meal time. I used to dread meal time – I would literally have anxiety from before I opened my eyes in the morning thinking about breakfast. Now it feels almost normal thanks to Rana and Hala’s guidance.
Before the workshop I was almost down to 5 go to safe foods – dishes now I serve my daughter whatever we have even things she has never seen before and she is happy to try and even eat it 95% of the time. All it took was 2-3 weeks to make this shift.

I think any mom going through this should take this workshop not only is it well put together but the people running it are so comforting to speak to. I had consulted a pediatric nutrionist before this workshop and that one session really depressed me as she labelled my daughter as a toddler with feeding difficulty which was a tough pill to swallow and made us look at her so differently . When in the end, she was just a toddler who needed some help getting through this phase.

Also, a crucial part of this is the support group which resulted from this workshop of wonderful mums helping each other on the WhatsApp group Rana created + Rana’s follow ups whenever we had a specific situation happening during a meal she is always happy to provide feedback and advice.
