Baby-friendly Frozen Yogurt Barks

I call these the nutritious ice cream cracker!! Sure to make it 2to your favorite snacks list.

 1 cup chopped strawberriesor any other fruits you like
 1 cup plain greek yogurt
 1 tbsp ground pumpkin seedsyou can use any combination of crushed seeds or nuts you prefer
 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
 1.50 tbsp chia seeds

In a medium bowl, blend the strawberries using a hand blender or mash them using a fork.

Add the yogurt and your crushed seeds and mix till well combined.

Add in the chia seeds, mix them well and let them soak for around 10 mins until thickened.

Line a freezer friendly tray or plate with parchment paper, and drop a tbsp of the mix on to it in the shape of a finger. You can also use chocolate or cupcake molds and pour in thin layers, or pour them into popsicle molds and make popsicles. For little babies avoid the shapes of small round discs though.
