Baby Puffs/Soft Cookies

DifficultyBeginner

Naturally-sweetened, nutritious, melt-in-your-mouth, delicious little bites that your whole family will fight baby over!

Ditch the store-bought baby biscuits/puffs/cookies.. your baby doesn’t need all the sugar, additives, low-nutrient tummy-fillers that they are.. and your pocket won’t complain either 😉

Here’s a very easy to make recipe that will give you a much tastier (trust me I’ve tried several famous baby cookies in my ‘testing’ process 😅), and most importantly much more nutritious version without any added sweeteners or any nasty additives. Sweetened and flavoured with a bit of date syrup (made at home, see previous post for very easy method), and a squeeze of orange juice! And guess what, the whole family will love them. Theo enjoyed his with choco chips, and Simsom and I basically fought over those tiny bites. We both couldn’t stop nibbling on them!

Will share the method in video, by chef Simsom, in the next post, but since I know many of you can’t wait for the recipe, here it is now!

*suitable starting 6 months, though babies under 1 don’t really need snacks. I personally don’t offer snacks like these till after 12mo
**make sure you’ve tested for allergies (almond, wheat, dairy) before offering them
