Baked Cauliflower Nuggets

DifficultyBeginner

My favorite way to enjoy cauliflower. You won't be able to stop!

These taste as good as they look! If you’re a fried cauliflower fan but looking to avoid the frying and the subsequent heartburn, try these! Saw the idea for the batter dip & thought I’d try my version in the oven. They turn out nice & crispy and very enjoyable. You can also place them the air-fryer, just make sure you make them in batches so they're in one layer and got enough space to cook evenly and crisp up. They are also a fresh and appetizing way to offer cauliflower to your tiny new eaters.

Made those last minute when I found a cauli head about to die. Will def make a dip for them next time, but a simple lemon squeeze was also nice. Let me know if you try them!
