These tahini oat honey bars are so addictive! Perfect for an energy boosting/sweet craving snack, for lunchboxes, as well and for breastfeeding mamas with the munchies.. nourishing, satisfying, and oh so enjoyable! Bonus point: freezer-friendly!

I love this flavor combo idea, though I'm usually not a big fan of the tahini flavor, as the matching with oats and honey and that delicious caramelizing and crunching up in the oven is just heavenly. Simple good for you ingredients, and so easy to make!

 1 cup rolled oats or oat flakes
 ¼ cup tahini
 ¼ cup honey
 ¼ tsp cinnamon
 ¼ cup finely chopped almonds
 ¼ cup raisins, optional

Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

Line the base of a small rectangular tray with parchment paper, leaving sides hanging out, and press the mixture in tightly to have a smooth surface.

Bake in a 180 degrees preheated oven for around 10-12 mins, or until the sides are golden, then turn the grill on for just 2-3 mins until the top is golden as well.
