Super easy to make, no eggs no dairy required, made with dark chocolate, naturally sweetened, and is very soft & chewy and super chocolatey gooey. Guaranteed to hit the spot! Mix all the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt & cacao powder together
Add the melted coconut oil & milk and mix with a spatula until all combined then fold in the chocolate chunks or chips & form into a nice shiny dough ball that is soft but not too sticky. Chill for 30 minutes.
Scoop out a tbsp of dough & form it into a ball & lay them on a lined baking tray. Repeat for the rest.
Bake on the top shelf of a pre-heated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for around 10mins. Let cool on the tray before removing.
